How to Meditate

Would you like to learn how to meditate?  Learn the process of how to meditate and the associated benefits of daily meditation practice.  Meditation is about intention and it’s a state of mind.  In five weeks you will learn:   

  1. proper breathing techniques  
  2. the benefits of meditating 
  3. correct posture
  4. techniques that work for you 
  5. how to commune with the Divine in a more personal way
  6. to grow mentally and spiritually through experience

Prerequisites:  None

Instructor: Rev. Lee Wolak, Sr. Minister & Founder, Agape Center for Spiritual Living

Class Location: Zoom meeting (the Zoom link will be emailed to you upon registration)

Class Duration: 5 weeks

Class Day and Time: Mondays from 6:30-8:00pm CT

Class Start and End Dates: May 17, 2021 through June 21, 2021  

Class Fee:

  • $0 for Gold Members-One Person (Requires automated, recurring contributions to Agape of $200/month)
  • $0 for Gold Members-Two People (Requires automated, recurring contributions to Agape of $250/month)
  • $50 for Silver Members (Requires automated recurring contributions to Agape of $100/month)
  • $100 for Regular Members (Less than $100/month or no automated, recurring contributions to Agape)
