This seven-week class is an in-depth exploration of the power of our energy center, out chakras. We will explore these power sources and develop a working understanding of how they affect us and how we can bring them back into balance. In this class we will:
- Define each chakra and its purpose in our life
- Discuss the impact of a blocked or inactive chakra
- Discuss the impact of an over-active chakra
- Explore methods to bring each chakra into balance
- Test century old mantras and how they can impact our energy
